When you enter, go up a tall staircase and you’ll find a cozy, warm coffee experience waiting for you at cafe Reissue! The artists here can create foam art on the top of either hot (2D latte art) or iced coffee (3D sculptural foam art). You can pick from characters in a look book, or provide a picture of your own, if you have a fun idea. The taste of the coffee is not overshadowed by the visual impact of the foam. The food to match is delicious. One of the best shops to experience on your visit.

I recommend to make a reservation beforehand. We didnt make the reservation so we had to wait for a bit The process will be: find your drink -> choose a picture (the staff will take a pic of it) -> order -> enjoy your drink Show them any pics you like, challenge them:D and they wont disappoint you hahahahaha I loved the experience

Simply love this 3D latte art cafe! Don’t worry if you cannot find one that you like in their sample. All you need to do is to show them what you want via your mobile phone and they will be able to craft it for you! My daughters showed them the Sanrio characters they wanted for their 3D art and they totally love the end result! 😍 I got a 2D for myself too! The staffs are friendly and able to communicate in English well.

very cosy place to find warmth and good food in the cold. very pleasantly surprised by the 3D coffee art! showed them a photo of a cat and it was recreated by Shii. thank you. food was good too. ordered the tuna sandwich. recommend to try at least once. worth the price paid and the experience.

A nice little walk from the train station, the lovely and artistic vibes from the shops leading to the café start to set up the ambiance. The service was excellent from the start to end. The food was is very delicious and filling. The latte art speaks for itself. Came all the way from Borderland (US-MEX) to get my coffee and it did not disappoint. It's definitely a must whenever coming to Tokyo.

came here on a weekday, around half an hour after it opened. ordered the 3D latte and a cheesecake, both tasted good. the art is to die for! requested them to make a design of my dog ❤️ would love to come back!

Reissue Cafe is a cute little getaway from the hustle and bustle of Harajuku. The servers are very accommodating for English speakers which is great and there is an English menu for convenience. The whole experience is so much fun! You can of course order drinks with adorable latte art on them, and on top of that the drinks taste so good! It is cash only and drinks range in the 1,300-1,500 range so be prepared. Overall great experience, I’m so glad we were able to go and next time in Japan I would love to go again.

the drinks were delicious and the art was lovely! the staff were very accommodating to my lack of japanese knowledge. everything was straightforward, i showed the staff my photo and i got my drink done! the prices are of course expensive for a drink, but i think it's worth-it for the experience of getting the latte art (very happy with my kageyama latte). i came on a saturday around 5/6pm, and i got put on a waitlist to come back around 45 minutes later. but it wasn't a problem because there was plenty to look around in the area. i would recommend this place on your trips, i enjoyed getting my latte art!
